Post Holiday

I’m finally back to reality after almost a week of fun in the land of smile

So much to be said about the trip but for now

post holiday blues is still reeling from left right center   

coz I’m already back to the daily grind

when everyone else is still on their never ending holiday

I shall just let a few pictures speak for this post

and you’ll understand why I didn’t want to come home so soon!

 

Had a superb time at Let’s Sea Resort, Hua Hin

This hotel is really so yummy

Would absolutely recommend to anyone

amidst a few drawbacks

Everyday’s agenda was basically just eat, sleep and jump into the pool everytime I wake up again

Wouldn’t it be great if life’s constantly like that?

 

But if that’s the case guess I’d become a lazy fat pig in no time

wouldn’t I?

Promise I’ll write a hotel review soon when I feel better…

maybe next year? heehee

For now, I’m just gonna continue living like a little proud pig for two more days…

Seriously, why did holiday have to end so soon?!

Attended a good friend’s wedding at Nikko Hotel last weekend

And today he has found the love of his life

Rewind: Welcoming 2009

 Two of our closest friends Cat and Cynthia flew back from US and Australia to attend Bin’s wedding last year  and we got to celebrate New Years Eve together.

First we had dinner at Rakuzen, Chulan Square

We were chilling at the rooftop of The Loft in KL Sentral, it’s a private condo.

Apparently it offers the best view for fireworks watching.

True enough, it was so spectacular!

But picture simply doesn’t do justice at all

I couldn’t remember why we were playing with costumes

It was such a blast though!

Someone KOed  hugging her hen night accessories to sleep

As expected everyone had a slight hangover the next morning

And looking gosh so zombified!!!

      

So yeah, a year has passed by just like that and before you know we are already getting ready to welcome 2010!

So how will you be spending New Year Eve this year?

Rewind: Michelle’s Hen Night (Part2)

So after dinner and some light games at El Cerdo Restaurant we adjourned to Quattro, a newly opened club in the heart of KL.

Quattro club has 4 different rooms: Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn and each room caters a different genre of music & ambience. R&B room was sardine packed so we rather embraced the chill at The Winter Room ( house music) in our skimpy clothes.

We were chilling over a few bottles of liquors ( which I don’t remember which ones now) to get into the groove.

Then we start off with banana eating game. *censored*

Another standard but fun guaranteed game is the Truth or Dare. We asked embarrassing questions and if the hen refused to answer, she would have to perform a dare such as this one – dancing with a stranger. Ermmm, did I mention dirty?

 

Alan (Bin’s husband) is a handsome man. It was really difficult to get a blowup ugly mugshot of him and this is the best I could do. lol One of the dares was for her to shout around the club and showed this picture to strangers that she’d be marrying this ugly man in a few weeks time.

Ask a stranger to buy her a drink.

It was fairly easy.

One word of advice though. If you are planning for a bachelorette’s party and obviously it involves only just girls, I’d still suggest to get a male friend to tag along just to be safe especially if you girls are heading out for drinks. Clubs are never safe. If you are the planner, it’s also important to find out and make sure (before the party) everyone has transport arrangement to go home.  YW was with us throughout the evening and I think that’s the wisest decision ever made! lol

Needless to say, YW and I were the only sober souls that evening because I needed to take care of the hen and YW needed to make sure everyone was safe.  But it was definitely a night to remember!
